Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

Effective Date: August 10, 2026

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to services provided by Pedro’s Detailing. By requesting a quote, scheduling an appointment, paying a deposit, or authorizing us to begin work, you agree to these terms and any additional terms presented during booking through Urable.

Appointments and Pricing

Prices shown on our website are starting prices and may vary based on vehicle size, condition, service requirements, location, and requested additions.

Final pricing may be adjusted after the vehicle is inspected. If additional work or a price adjustment is required, we will request approval before performing the additional work.

Customers must provide accurate information about the vehicle’s size, condition, stains, pet hair, odors, paint condition, and other relevant concerns when booking.

Deposits, Cancellations, and Rescheduling

Unless stated otherwise in writing, appointment deposits are nonrefundable and are applied toward the final service balance.

The deposit, cancellation, rescheduling, and no show policies presented and accepted during Urable booking are part of this agreement and control the appointment.

Pedro’s Detailing may reschedule an appointment because of unsafe weather, equipment failure, illness, vehicle access problems, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Any deposit will be transferred to the rescheduled appointment.

Customer Responsibilities

The customer must provide a safe and legal location where the service can be completed.

The customer must provide access to the vehicle and ensure that keys are available when required. The customer authorizes Pedro’s Detailing to start, move, or reposition the vehicle when reasonably necessary to complete the service.

The customer must remove cash, firearms, medication, jewelry, electronics, personal documents, and other valuable or sensitive items before the appointment. Pedro’s Detailing is not responsible for items left inside the vehicle unless responsibility is required by law.

The customer must disclose known mechanical problems, electrical problems, water leaks, loose parts, damaged trim, aftermarket modifications, repainted surfaces, failing clear coat, window tint concerns, or other conditions that could affect the service.

Vehicle Condition and Preexisting Damage

Pedro’s Detailing may inspect and photograph the vehicle before, during, and after the service to document its condition and the work performed.

We are not responsible for preexisting damage, loose or failing materials, worn components, defective parts, hidden damage, previous repairs, or conditions that become visible during normal cleaning.

This may include peeling paint, failing clear coat, loose trim, damaged leather, brittle plastics, cracked panels, failing tint, loose emblems, deteriorated fabric, damaged headliners, corroded components, or improperly installed aftermarket parts.

Customers should report any concern related to the completed service as soon as reasonably possible and provide photographs when requested so we can inspect the issue.

Service Results and Limitations

Pedro’s Detailing will perform each service using reasonable professional care. However, we do not guarantee perfect or like new results.

Some stains, odors, pet hair, scratches, water spots, etching, contamination, discoloration, and other defects may be permanent or may not be safely removable.

Odor removal cannot be guaranteed when the odor source remains inside the vehicle or involves mold, water intrusion, mechanical problems, contaminated insulation, or other hidden conditions.

Delicate or damaged materials may require limited cleaning to avoid causing further damage.

Paint Correction

Paint correction is only available for vehicles with healthy and intact clear coat.

Our Paint Correction service is designed to remove approximately 80 to 90 percent of defects that can be safely corrected. Actual results depend on paint condition, thickness, age, previous repairs, and the depth of each defect.

We do not polish or correct oxidized paint. Vehicles with chalky or heavily faded paint, peeling or flaking clear coat, exposed base coat, or other signs of clear coat failure are not eligible.

Deep scratches that have penetrated the clear coat, rock chips, dents, severe etching, failing paint, and previous paint damage may remain. We will not remove a defect when doing so could compromise the clear coat.

Ceramic Coatings and Paint Protection

Ceramic coatings and sealants improve gloss, water behavior, protection, and ease of maintenance. They do not make the vehicle scratch proof, water spot proof, rock chip proof, or maintenance free.

Coating performance and durability depend on vehicle use, storage, washing methods, environmental exposure, and proper maintenance.

Any specific warranty must be provided in writing and is subject to its stated maintenance requirements and exclusions.

Payment

Payment is due when the service is completed unless another arrangement has been approved in writing.

The customer is responsible for approved services, additions, applicable fees, and any remaining balance after the deposit is applied.

Photographs

Pedro’s Detailing may photograph vehicles for inspection, service documentation, training, and quality control.

Vehicle photographs may also be used for marketing purposes unless the customer requests otherwise. We will make reasonable efforts to avoid displaying personal belongings or other sensitive information.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Pedro’s Detailing is not responsible for losses caused by preexisting conditions, undisclosed damage, defective components, customer supplied products, inaccurate information, or conditions outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms limits responsibility that cannot legally be limited under California law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any legal proceeding related to these terms or our services must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in Merced County, California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
